Happy National Coffee Day!
It may be “Tuesday Bluesday” but it’s also #NationalCoffeeDay so I am AMPED up on caffeine….errrhm I mean coffee. I wanted to pay some homage to my favorite morning drink and to let you know that I am back blogging over here pretty soon, so get prepared for some more #coffeewithsassy.
While I do not recommend going overboard on coffee as it can have some negative effects (especially on sleep and stress) a cup of coffee sourced properly and NOT loaded with sugar is A-OKAY by me to have in your diet.
