
Garlic Lime Dijon Chicken
Ingredients

- 2 lb. Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kasandrinos
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- Salt to taste Real Salt
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, dijon mustard, lime juice and spices together in a small bowl with a whisk.
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over chicken.
- Cover chicken and place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place chicken in baking dish in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and chicken is no longer pink on the inside.

Either works! I used boneless/skinless because that is all I had!
