Garlic Lime Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb. Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kasandrinos
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste Real Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, dijon mustard, lime juice and spices together in a small bowl with a whisk.
  2. Place chicken in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Cover chicken and place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  5. Place chicken in baking dish in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and chicken is no longer pink on the inside.

      Either works! I used boneless/skinless because that is all I had!
