I don’t know about you but this time of year is tough. Schedules are all over the place and I’m traveling all the time. One thing that I try to do even when busy is cook food ahead of time so that way I have no excuse AND I know that I have food on hand that will make me feel good. Otherwise, it’s easy to order food out or just eat snacks that are on hand.
Gluten-Free Casserole Recipes
I decided my Friday Favorites this week were going to be some easy, delicious, and nutritious casseroles or bakes that you can make ahead of time and eat at multiple meals. I also decided to make them all from fellow RD bloggers as these ladies are making DELICIOUS food and everyone should know about it 🙂
I think sometimes casseroles and bakes get a reputation for being unhealthy or not that tasty. We should get away from that thinking because a casserole can be both healthy AND tasty. I included breakfast options, savory options (for lunch or dinner), and some side dishes/dessert options because, TREAT YO SELF! Enjoy!
