Why hello there! I hope you guys had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are doing everything in your power to stay focused at work through the holidays. The good news is that if you are not staying focused (because you are here reading this), I have some fun gift guides for you. This one is for the entertainer in your life.
I, myself, love to have people over. I may not be the picture-perfect Martha Stewart, but let’s be honest her life isn’t all sunshine and roses. However, there are things that make entertaining fun, easy(ish), and far more enjoyable. So, treat that entertainer to something they can help entertain you with this year, what do you say?
If you’ve missed the last few gift guides here they are:
Because they need to liquor you up when you walk through the door and look legit when doing it.
Because we’re not in college anymore and need to look like adults who understand wine, even when we don’t. Don’t forget to sniff & swirl your wine first!
Because you know that everyone is incapable of holding their drinks for more than 30 seconds and then they ask the host which glass is there. Instead, let’s TRY to make some sense of it all.
Every good host/hostess needs a good cheese board and no, you can NEVER have too many.
So they can tell you what everything is and stop bugging them about it.
*Also, check for local stores in your area for specialty olive oil & balsamic vinegars. Here is my local shop: Oliva!
Not only will they feel like they are fancy, but you will also get to taste the fanciness.
Just like the cheese boards, if you entertain, there is no such thing as too many serving spoons.
Because somehow the party always gets moved to the kitchen and you want to make sure the entertainer looks good from all angles.
Because the guests need water, and the entertainer wants to be cool. This pot gurgles as the water is being poured out, it’s the coolest.
RESPECT THE WOOD! There is a 99.97% chance the guests still won’t use them but at least you tried.
Makes their life easier. Chances are they’ll not only use it for parties but also for TV dinners, aka weeknights.
In case things get quiet or weird, or if the guests are just really into games, it’s a good idea to have backups.
Stop giving entertainers plants that will die. They need plants that don’t need much care and look good for parties year round. Trust me, I speak from experience.
xoxo,
Sassy
