Hey I’m Laura aka Sassy the founder of The Sassy Dietitian and my Signature Group Coaching Program. I love food, coffee, fitness and anything pumpkin flavored. I am so excited to get to work with you and help you build a better relationship with food.
As a Registered Dietitian, I have been helping my clients for almost 10 years unlearn diet culture and build better relationships with food while fueling their active lifestyles. I love watching my clients breakthrough all the BS out there and find what truly works for them with their health and nutrition.
