Hey I’m Laura aka Sassy the founder of The Sassy Dietitian and my Signature Group Coaching Program. I love food, coffee, fitness and anything pumpkin flavored. I am so excited to get to work with you and help you build a better relationship with food. 

As a Registered Dietitian, I have been helping my clients for almost 10 years unlearn diet culture and build better relationships with food while fueling their active lifestyles. I love watching my clients breakthrough all the BS out there and find what truly works for them with their health and nutrition. I hope to help you on your journey to food freedom and help you live your best food life.

How long is the program and what’s included?

This is a comprehensive 10-week program. It includes weekly video calls, modules, resources and so much more. Scroll up to see all that is included in this program! 

Is this a weight loss program?

No, but that doesn’t mean weight loss won’t happen! Our focus is building better relationships with food and focusing on the foundations of nutrition and health. 

What day(s) and time(s) are the weekly sessions?

Mondays at 7pm ET & Some Wednesdays at 7pm ET (for Office Hours).  

What if I can’t make a session?

Every group session will be recorded for you to watch on your own.  

How much does this program cost?

$1,199

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! You can opt-in to a payment plan. Payment plan is 3 payments of $400.
