Gingerbread No-Bake Cookies

  • 1/2 cup gingerbread sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, refrigerate for 5 minutes
  2. Form into 12 cookies & refrigerate until ready to eat!


In place of gingerbread sunflower seed butter: plain nut/seed butter + 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, & a pinch of ground cloves
