Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup gingerbread sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, refrigerate for 5 minutes
- Form into 12 cookies & refrigerate until ready to eat!
Notes
In place of gingerbread sunflower seed butter: plain nut/seed butter + 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, & a pinch of ground cloves
