Easy Lemon Garlic Broccolini

  • Yield: 2 1x



  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium pot, bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil
  2. Add in broccolini and blanch for 2 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic, then once broccolini is blanched, remove from water and add to skillet
  4. Saute for 4-5 minutes until it starts to crisp, add balsamic, lemon juice, salt & pepper and enjoy!
