Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium pot, bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil
- Add in broccolini and blanch for 2 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic, then once broccolini is blanched, remove from water and add to skillet
- Saute for 4-5 minutes until it starts to crisp, add balsamic, lemon juice, salt & pepper and enjoy!
