Ingredients

- 1–1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. butter or ghee, melted
- Flavorings of choice:
For sweet:
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
For savory:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin seeds, butter & flavorings of choice (either savory or sweet)
- Place in oven roast for 30 minutes, tossing once.
