Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups mashed sweet potato (from 1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes)
- 2 cups applesauce
- 2 scoops (66g) protein powder of choice (I used Ascent Whey Protein Powder-chocolate)
- 1/2 cup peanut powder (I used PB2)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, optional
- 6 reusable pouches
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until uniformly mixed.
- Distribute evenly into pouches, seal and refrigerate up to 7 days or freeze until ready to consume.
