Red, White, & Blue Berry Popsicles (Dairy-Free)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 113.5 fl. oz can of full-fat coconut milk (~13/4 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 23 large strawberries, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Prep 6 popsicle molds as instructed by brand used, set aside
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk & maple syrup.
  3. Place ~3-4 raspberries in the bottom of each popsicle mold & mash with the back of the spoon.
  4. Add in blueberries & strawberries to each mold evenly.
  5. Top with coconut milk mixture and freeze overnight.
