Ingredients
Scale
- 1–13.5 fl. oz can of full-fat coconut milk (~1–3/4 cups)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 2–3 large strawberries, sliced thin
Instructions
- Prep 6 popsicle molds as instructed by brand used, set aside
- In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut milk & maple syrup.
- Place ~3-4 raspberries in the bottom of each popsicle mold & mash with the back of the spoon.
- Add in blueberries & strawberries to each mold evenly.
- Top with coconut milk mixture and freeze overnight.
