  • 2 oz. smoked salmon (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 5.3 oz cottage cheese
  • 1.5 tsp capers
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red onions (diced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 everything bagels (gluten-free)


  1. Mix all ingredients (but bagel) together until well combined. 
  2. Spread on top of bagel and add toppings as desired, like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, etc.
