  • 26 oz. cans of salmon, drained
  • 15.3 oz cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
  • 1 apple, cored & diced
  • 1/4 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy as-is, with veggies, crackers or on a sandwich.
