Ingredients

- 2–6 oz. cans of salmon, drained
- 1–5.3 oz cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
- 1 apple, cored & diced
- 1/4 cup carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy as-is, with veggies, crackers or on a sandwich.
