Easy Poached Eggs

Instructions

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with enough water to cover an egg.
  2. Add salt and vinegar and bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Crack a fresh egg(s) in a ramekin or small bowl, set aside.
  4. Once boiling, turn down heat and bring to slow simmer.
  5. Using a spoon or spatula, swirl water in a circle to create a vortex and slide egg(s) into water
  6. Cook for 4 minutes and then remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel lined plate to blot.
  7. Enjoy!
