Easy Chocolate Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (32grams, I used sfh brand)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder


  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds & cocoa powder
  2. Pour in milk, stir to combine, mix in greek yogurt and nut butter.
  3. Portion out into 2 small containers.
  4. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
