Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1 scoop protein powder (32grams, I used sfh brand)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp nut butter
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds & cocoa powder
- Pour in milk, stir to combine, mix in greek yogurt and nut butter.
- Portion out into 2 small containers.
- Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
