I had worked with Laura almost a year ago for 6 weeks and I had great results from her meal plans. I was able to lose weight, have the energy and never got hungry. Her meal plans were always so tasty and recipes were easy to follow. I looked forward… to what was next each week. Unfortunately, I had developed bad habits late in the year despite maintaining my results for a period of time. Laura happened to reach out at the perfect time when I was in desperate need for guidance and her plans. I’m in my 4th week and her meal plans have provided me with similar results from the last time. This time, I am able to save all the plans that she has provided. I plan to transition the next couple of weeks with a repeat of her plans and see how they continue to help me. Laura is very reachable and has been really helpful answering any questions that you may have. I’ve asked her about what to order when eating out or what to eat more of if I am still hungry. In a total of 10 weeks that I have worked with her, I’ve only been hungry twice and it’s because I had more extensive workouts so needed more fuel. I think even though I am not physically near Laura, she is so easy to reach and is always willing to help. For over 6 years I had seen countless doctors, none of which I felt understood the effects my symptoms were having on my daily activities. I was looking for help getting my relationship with food and my health back on track. I met Laura through the gym that I attend. She has helped me in so many ways. She has helped me to better my relationship with food, to manage my time when it comes… to shopping and planning my meals, and helped guide me with how much protein/fat/carbs I needed.
