With this plan, you will receive 4-6 new recipes weekly and provided macronutrient numbers and updates as needed.
Adjustments are typically based on, but not limited to lifestyle changes, weight loss plateaus, upcoming vacations/celebrations, and food challenges. This plan is right for you if you are motivated to meal plan/prep but are ooking for accountability, motivation, healthy recipes and someone to bounce your ideas/goals off of.
