Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I used dark cocoa)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 4 scoops collagen peptides powder (40g)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Mix oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, collagen powder in a large bowl and stir to combine evenly
- Add in the remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Place mixture in a sealed jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy by topping with nuts, seeds, fruit, chocolate, etc.
