Laura is very reachable and has been really helpful answering any questions that you may have. I’ve asked her about what to order when eating out or what to eat more of if I am still hungry.I was able to lose weight, have the energy and never got hungry. Her meal plans were always so tasty and recipes were easy to follow. I looked forward to what was next each week.

These plans are for those who feel like they have the whole meal planning thing down OR are just testing the meal planning waters out. With these plans you will have a weekly email check-in with Laura & receive weekly recipes & macro recommendations (as needed) based on your diet preferences & goals.
