This gluten-free crumble is a simple and delicious way to enjoy fresh cherries this cherry season.
Ingredients

Crumble
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- pinch salt
Cherry Filling
- 1 lb cherries (whole & pitted)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream
- 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8”x8” baking dish wit cooking spray and preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine all ingredients for crust/crumble in a medium bowl, reserve 1/2 cup in a small bowl
- Place the rest of the crust in the bottom of greased baking dish and using hands press to cover the entire bottom in one even layer.
- Meanwhile make Cherry Pie Filling by placing all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat, cook for 10 minutes or until cherries are starting to gel. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Pour cherry pie filling over crust then top with reserved 1/2 cup of crust/crumble
- Bake in oven for 40 minutes, remove and let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying
Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream
- Use hand mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment and mix until stiff peaks form. Top crumble with whipped cream or refrigerate until ready to use.
