Ingredients

- 4 slices gluten-free toast
- 1 15.5 oz. can black beans (drained)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 1 avocado (mashed)
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 6 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over heat or a bowl over no heat, mash black beans, lime juice, sriracha, salt & pepper with the back of a fork or potato masher. (Heat can help speed up the process but not necessary!)
- Meanwhile, toast bread to desired doneness
- Top bread with black beans, then avocado, hemp hearts, & tomatoes, enjoy!
