- 1 4.5 oz bag Smashmallow Marshmallows (Strawberries & Cream)
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crumbled)
Instructions
- Lay out a piece of parchment or wax paper on a baking sheet, set aside.
- Place dried strawberries in a bowl, set next to baking sheet, set aside.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 seconds increments, stirring and making sure not to burn! Should take ~2+ minutes.
- Dip 1/2 of marshmallow in chocolate, roll in strawberries, and then place marshmallow (non-chocolate side) down on the baking sheet and let cool/harden for 5-10 minutes.
