Cherry Recovery Smoothie Bowl with Figgy Pops

  • 2 cups frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 1 cup oat milk ( or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed (flaxmeal)
  • 1 scoop collagen (or protein powder of choice)


  • 12 Figgy Pops (crumbled)
  • cacao nibs
  • chia seeds
  • pepitas
  • cherries


  1. Blend all ingredients together on high for 30 seconds or until blended. Add water to make more liquidy or more ice to thicken. 
  2. Top with toppings of choice & enjoy!
