JJ’s Cedar Plank Salmon



  • 11.5lb Salmon Filet
  • 12 tsp. Dizzy Pig Seasoning (Raging River is my favorite!)
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cedar plank


  1. Soak cedar plank for at least 1 hour prior to grilling
  2. Heat grill to high heat
  3. Clean fish and de-bone as needed.
  4. Rub seasoning on top of fish.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice as desired on top of fish.
  6. Place fish on cedar plank and grill for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit
