Breakfast Sausage Patties


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork (substitute other ground meat)
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Form into pork into 2 ounce patties for ~ 8 patties.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place patties in two batches in skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
