Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork (substitute other ground meat)
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until combined.
- Form into pork into 2 ounce patties for ~ 8 patties.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Place patties in two batches in skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
