- 3/4 cup grass fed yogurt
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1–2 scoops collagen peptides
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, collagen peptides, cinnamon and vanilla until well combined. Top with or add in blueberries. Store in a glass container or eat immediately!
