Happy Mother’s Day!
Happy Mother’s Day to all of those mother’s out there! I am thankful for all the mothers in my life and could not imagine life without any of you. I know I have not written in a while but today is a special day and I want all you special mothers to know that I care about you and hope you know everyday is a celebration for you. Because I care about your health, I recently collaborated on a post to tell you all about the 5 foods I think are most beneficial to a healthy lifestyle.
